Joel Rheault
Vice President, Operations
Joel joined Titan Mining Corp in 2018 as General Manager of the Empire State Mine in New York State as part of the team that reactivated mining in the historic Balmat Zinc district. He was appointed to the role of Vice President of Operations in March of 2024.
Joel has over 30 years of experience building and operating mines in North America, South America, and Europe. He has been involved in various start-ups including Eskay Creek in Northern BC, Manantial Espejo in Argentina, and the Olympias Mine in Greece. He has experience with precious metals, base metals and Uranium working with major companies like Barrick and Homestake as well as Pan American Silver and Eldorado Gold.
Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
